Comfortable holiday home on a sunny plateau with 10 houses. Beautiful views of the valley! This terraced house has 4 rooms, a small gallery, and 2 terraces, one with an acrylic roof and the other with an awning. We bought and extensively renovated two terraced houses there, one of which we rent out. The house is comfortably and modernly furnished with a modern fitted kitchen, a wood-burning stove, white cork floors (don't forget your slippers!), 2 HD TVs, and roller shutters and pleated blinds throughout. Heating and hot water are provided by an oil-fired boiler in the basement. The house is 65 square meters and can accommodate 4 people. If needed, 2 more people can sleep in the living room. Bicycles and winter sports equipment can be stored in the shed.
